Won't even open anymore. I could look past the horrible layout but now it's is literally unusable.
The app is getting worse with every upgrade.
Janky as all hell
rarely works, force closes CONSTANTLY and tends to loop the same few products over & over instead of showing them all.
The new App keeps crashing. Can't add anything to basket. Please fix it.
25/02/22 If you find the updated app crashes almost immediately when you try to open it, uninstall the app COMPLETELY, install it again and you should find it works. 😊
Really buggy. Keeps adding x2 of anything I add to my basket, search function doesn't work properly and certain items won't even go into my basket. Really disappointed
The app won't let me add more than one thing into my bag, a bit useless.
This app is so NOT intuitive or easy to navigate. The filerting option is not working. Goodness, I stopped buying Lush products because of this horrible app.
Since they've changed the layout, the lush app has become impossible to use. They don't have sections for each individual product or collection and the search filter system made to replace that doesn't work at all. And to make matters worse when you have set to show you all the products (which is the only way you are able to find anything) it just loops after about 20 products and shows you the same thing over and over again. Very disappointed.
